Novotel Resort Phuket Review

Novotel, Panwa Beach Resort

Me and my girlfriend spent 5 full days last year at this wonderful hotel!

Take it to the important details:

Location:
The location is very unique if you want to relax even on the beach, beyond the hustle and bustle of Phuket and the party! The hotel is situated in a rather secluded part of the island, yet only 15 minutes from Phuket town. There are also several daily shuttle bus directly to the town or Patong Beach and of course back again!

Rooms:
The room I can just describe it as excellent. Newly renovated, spacious and very clean! Our Deluxe Room with sea view has exceeded all expectations! Of course there was a large bed, sofa, refrigerator, mini bar, wardrobe, safe and satellite TV programs with some Germans! In addition were a few small extras such as slippers, bathrobes, umbrellas, etc. in the room. There are daily two bottles of mineral water made available which are also free (the water from the tap, you can NOT drink!)

Food:
The food was just great! The card offers a large variety of different foods (European, Thai, American, …) The prices were also very reasonable!
But the best was the breakfast buffet! There were “cold” food (fruit, yogurt, salads), “warm” food (eggs, bacon, sausages, grilled tomato, french toast, pancakes, vegetables, etc.), a table for all kinds of breads and of course a variety of juices , coffee, tea, etc.
Breakfast is always 6:30 to 10:30 clock.

Beach:
OK, the beach is rather small but the sand is very nice and clean! The sea is very clear and not dirty. It is very quiet. However, you should if you want to catch a beach lying start sooner.

Activities:
There are many activities which take place every day, such as Thai-rate swap, with instructor, hiking, theme nights) In addition, many activities can be booked directly through the hotel. (Island tours, etc.)

Massage, Spa:
Well, I was surprised it does not really positive! I had a 60-minute Thai massage and I felt better after not very! Perhaps even lags on me. There are many different types of massages, treatments and clinical response! However, I can not say anything because I have not tried them!

All in all it was just a wonderful experience and I would recommend this hotel anytime without reservations!
